Speakers:
Ray is Editor and Technology Evangelist of Smallbiztechnology.com. He has an extensive background in technology for small businesses and is often quoted in the media including CNBC's Donny Deutsch Show, the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and co-produces the annual Small Business Summit.
Brian is President of Moran Media Group, one of the country’s largest providers of practical, relevant content for business owners. The company currently publishes three national magazines for entrepreneurs: Small Business Success, Urban Success and Winning Bids. In addition to the magazines, Moran Media Group hosts www.Smallbusinessedge.com, a dedicated web site for business owners.
Prior to launching his company, Brian was the Associate Publisher of Inc. Magazine, Publisher & Associate Publisher at Entrepreneur Media and held management positions at Medical Economic Publishing and Success Magazine.
Currently, Brian is a member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Small Business Council and a member of the CEO Advisory Board of the Small Business & Entrepreneurship Council. Brian graduated from Marquette University’s School of Journalism.
Special Agent Christopher K. Stangl, FBI Regional Cyber Action Team
Special Agent Christopher K. Stangl entered on duty with the Federal Bureau of Investigation in 2003 and was assigned to the Oklahoma City FBI Office Cyber Squad upon graduation from the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia. In July 2006, SA Stangl was transferred to the New York FBI Office Criminal Cyber Squad, where SA Stangl is assigned full cadre of cases including investigations involving computer intrusions, intellectual property rights violations, Internet fraud, and extortion.
SA Stangl is currently a member of the FBI Regional Cyber Action Team (RCAT) and is a member of the New York FBI Office Evidence Response Team.
Stein is the owner of CMIT Solutions of Manhattan, an IT services firms that works with small businesses to manage and maintain their technology and to help then make the right technology decisions. Evan has worked in IT for 20 years and brings his clients a mix of large, corporate IT experience and real-world small business practicality.
