James enters Neely’s Bar, hoping to find clues about his missing wife. He spots a jukebox in the corner, sparking his curiosity. As he approaches, he notices the machine is broken, with a damaged record sticking out.
Determined to fix it, James sets out to gather the necessary parts. His first stop is Saul Street Apartments. After navigating through the eerie building and solving a series of puzzles, James discovers a small button hidden in a bathroom wall.
He pockets the button, realizing it must be a missing piece from the jukebox. Next, James heads to Groovy Music, a record store north of Neely’s Bar. Inside, he encounters two monsters, which he swiftly defeats.
In the back room, he finds a bottle of glue and the other half of the broken record from the jukebox.

With the button and record in hand, James makes his way back to Neely’s Bar. He notices a note on the counter, hinting at a coin hidden in a nearby cafe. James locates the cafe and retrieves the coin from the cash register, narrowly escaping an ambush from another monster.
Returning to the jukebox, James begins the repair process. He carefully aligns the gears and places the glued record into the tray. Next, he inserts the missing button and drops the coin into the slot.
With bated breath, he selects the appropriate buttons, and the jukebox whirs to life. As the haunting melody fills the bar, James experiences a vivid flashback. The jukebox then dispenses a key, granting him access to the locked door and allowing him to continue his search for answers in the mysterious town of Silent Hill.
