According to Tripathi, AI will not only help relieve employee burdens and provide collaboration opportunities with industry but will also play a major role in the U.S. Core of Data Interoperability (USCDI) and the Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement (TEFCA) in improving patient care. Tripathi stressed that AI’s integration within HHS will aid in enhancing patient outcomes and efficiency within the department.
