There's a lot of neat solutions for small businesses and dispersed small businesses that take advantage of "voice-over-the Internet", Skype and/or that help corral your cell phone and other tools.
In this vein is a solution called Pretty May Call Center for Skype that turns up to 30 Skype or Skypein telephone numbers into a virtual PBX with an interactive voice response system.
You can purchase the standard version for $150 or the professional version for $500.
Standard Lisence: for personal use or for a small company which has up to 5 employees, this version of PMCCS allows the creation and use of up to 5 Agents.
Professional License: for any sized business, this version of PMCCS allows the creation and use of unlimited Agents.
Pretty May has other solutions for recording Skype calls and to add voice mail to Skype.
