If You're A People PC Customer You Might Be Entitled to a Refund
i suspect that many small businesses are not People PC customers, however if you are, the NY State attorney general settled with the company on charges that they charged customers to much for accessing the Internet using long distance telephone calls.
People PC is an Internet Service provider, but for its dial-up customers it did not always use local, lower cost telephone lines but used more expensive long distance lines.
