Finding Google Deals For Your WiFi Communications
AT&T is offering free WiFi to its broadband customers, as I read on 901am.
AT&T has deals with Barnes and Nobles and McDonald's to offer WiFi in these locations - see the coverage map here. T-Mobile of course is in Starbucks and airports (as is AT&T).
When shopping for wireless connectivity for your mobile staff this kind of deal can save you a nice chunk of change.
UPS has software to help drivers find the fastest way to get from point a to point b. For example, finding ways to make as many right turns (no stopping for red lights except in NYC) as possible. This small adjustment is probably saving it millions of dollars in gas and time saved each year.
Imagine if you check out your mobile employees' usage patterns and selected a broadband provider and/or wireless provider based on a) their WiFi coverage area b) if it was included in a bundle to save you some money off the rack rate.
Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, AT&T, Sprint - these carriers can all offer you special deals, find the right one for you.
