Turning IT Frustration into Appreciation

When your computers are not working, one of the most frustrating parts of the experience is getting professional help to solve the problem.
If you have a local consultant and they are available and real good - you have a good thing. But if you don't have a local consultant or they are very busy or not good, then you really need an alternative solution.
There's many service providers that will provide managed IT support servers and will manage your IT infrastructure (be it 5 computers or 50) for one monthly fee.
One company doing this is Everon Technology Services.
A large part of the solution they are providing customers is through Citrix's GoToAssist. When a computer problem happens, Everon can remotely access the customers PC or servers to resolve the problem.
If there's a problem that needs to be solved by a site visit, Everon will come on site as well (I assume they'll do this through a local partner).
Everon's goal is not to do "break and fix" service but to pro actively monitor your network and computers to solve problems before they escalate.
Everon, competes with, The Utility Company and hundreds of other providers offering overall managed IT services.
