Computer Troubleshooters Moves Away from Homes to Small Businesses
ARNnet writes Computer Troubleshooters will increasingly shift away from servicing home users as the services outfit looks to follow market trends and attract more small business work.
Founder, Wilson McOrist, said a recent US conference for franchisees revealed the future direction being recommended by the business.
Servicing home users is a different market than small businesses. With home users you don't usually have a long term and ongoing relationship. With small businesses they are in business to succeed and (maybe grow) therefore a technical firm can build a relationship with them.
Computer Troubleshooters will hopefully increase its revenues by moving towards smaller businesses instead of homes.
