Have Lotus Notes? Make it Mobile on the Motorola Q and Treo 700p

Lotus notes is used by a good number (I'm not sure of the exact number) of larger businesses, but I'd guess that there are also some smaller businesses who have Lotus notes email and collaboration software as well.
Like many applications - Lotus is wonderful on your office computer, but what about when you leave to make a sales call or need to support a client. Do you have to wait until you get back to your office to log onto Lotus notes?
