Homestead Web Host Called Me and They'll Call you Too!

Tonight, for an upcoming story, I was set up with a trial account for web host Homestead's service. What is very amazing, is that I got a call after the account was setup, welcoming me to the service. I was not called because I was an editor or anything, but this phone call was a part of their service to NEW MEMBERS!
I also received a very robust email (as is sent when one signs up wtih Go Daddy and Hyper Mart) welcoming me as well.
Home Stead's phone call serves as a PERFECT example of what companies MUST do to SERVE the small business market and be LEADERS who UNDERSTAND the small business market. Cool technology is great. But when you go beyond the "traditional" way of doing business and actually CALL new customers to welcome them - that's amazing and welcome.
