Cnet's Computer Clinic Video - Really Good
I just visited Cnet's computer clinic and viewed a video by Tom Merritt, Editor, Cnet.com. This particular video was about how to upgrade a laptop battery. The video was interesting, simple and nicely done.
Two lessons learned - 1) if you want to learn more about computers check out these videos 2) consider offering videos to YOUR customers. Videos, short and well done, are a nice way to get visual information to your customers. Reading a long email could be more difficult than watching a 60 second video clip.
