I lost all my email. But Recovered them.
What to do when you are the best support?
I worked on my computer for an hour or so earlier this morning up to about 7:30am (from 6:00am). At about 8:00am, I opened it back up again to resume my email work using Mozilla Thunderbird.
To my horror, when I opened up Thunderbird it opened as if I had no email and it was a freshly installed program!
In a nut shell, I did some Google sleuthing and looked at the support forums of Thunderbird and resolved the issue.
Lesson learned - ALWAYS back up your data. If you are the expert and you need help - keep digging and you'll find the answer.
What things are backed-up - my files (all in My Documents and a few on the desktop); my email and my financial information!
