Google Launches web site building tool...but

At http://www.googlepages.com/ you'll find Google's new web site building tool. Only problem, like other tools, Google is limiting use of it to a few invited guests.
For small businesses, I really wouldn't jump at this - when you get in. But go real slow. You need to build your site with a company that offers business class web site tools. I'm not saying Google Pages is NOT, but just cautioning you to NOT jump at every new or old technology from every source.
Build your site to LAST. If Google's new tool turns out to be business class, that's great. But if not....use a business class web host.
