QuickBooks Online: Payroll From Anywhere
Hosted applications are not just for late night bloggers or early bird news readers, but small businesses who need to do SERIOUS work like managing payroll can take advantage of of payroll solutions as well.
Intuit Inc. recently launched QuickBooks Online Payroll, a fully integrated payroll solution designed specifically for the more than 60,000 QuickBooks Online Edition customers.
Intuit writes that in the past, one of the biggest inconveniences of doing payroll was the need to be in the office on payday. With QuickBooks Online Payroll, small businesses owners have anytime, anywhere payroll access which gives them freedom to travel with the confidence that their employees will still get paid.
Included email support provides customers with access to the help they want when they need it, giving them confidence that they will get speedy answers to their toughest questions. The new payroll feature also includes e-mail reminders for critical payday events and tax filing deadlines so small businesses are sure not to miss a paycheck or important filing date.
QuickBooks Online Edition includes a free license for a small business' accountant, enabling users and their accountants to work seamlessly together in real time and use the same data. Accountants can access client data online anytime, anywhere without the need to exchange files or visit a client's site, helping them resolve issues in less time.
QuickBooks Online Edition and QuickBooks Online Payroll are available at www.oe.quickbooks.com. QuickBooks Online Payroll is $14.95 per month with no limit on the number of employees. This price includes unlimited email support from the QuickBooks Online Edition support team. For customers who prefer the desktop version of QuickBooks, Intuit offers a full line of payroll offerings that are integrated within the QuickBooks desktop software.
