Live Office and WebExOne - Help New York Businesses Too Late
Virtual office companies Live Office and WebEx One issued press releases recently, offering New York City businesses free access to their respective services during the NYC transit strike. While this offer is good (and expected) it's too late.
WebExOne and LiveOffice, on a regular basis should offer free accounts to various markets in order to generate good will but also greater awareness of their VERY good collaborative technologies. Offering a virtual office when the small business owner and their staff are stuck at home is too late as the virtual office needs to be setup and established and most likely this needs to be done first in a fully functioning physical office.
