Xerox: Color. Speed. Low Price. You Name it They've Got It

Computers were supposed to reduce the amount of paper that small businesses around the world generate, but as you know, they've only INCREASED the paper used. Let's be honest, when reading a great newsletter from MarketingSherpa, FutureNowInc, Michael Katz, Web Digest for Marketers or Dr. Ralph Wilson, or Clickz you can't just quickly scan through these email newsletters. You've got to print them out.
When you get a proposal from a prospective client are you going to scan the thing on your dinky screen. No, you want to PRINT it out, mark it up and even take it to the bathroom with you.
With this in mind, Xerox and other vendors are pushing out lower cost printers, laser printers mind you, that print FAST, in COLOR and are EASY to set up.
Today Xerox announces their latest printing family members:
At a starting price of $2,999, Xerox claims that the Phaser 7400 is the fastest desktop color printer in its class and is ideal for printing high-quality spreadsheets, brochures, presentations and other business-critical documents at 36 color or 40 black-and-white pages per minute.
Xerox also announces a family of three black-and-white office multifunction, printing and copying products featuring exceptional print quality. The most advanced is the Xerox WorkCentre Pro 133, a 33-ppm multifunction system that combines printing, copying, scanning, faxing and e-mailing in one easy-to-use system.
The Phaser 7400 comes with a one-year, on-site warranty and is available immediately worldwide through Xerox authorized resellers, distributors, authorized sales agents, dealers, direct sales, concessionaires, via 800-ASK-XEROX and www.xerox.com/direct. The CopyCentre 133, WorkCentre 133, and WorkCentre Pro 133 are available immediately in North America through Xerox authorized dealers and resellers, and they also are available in developing markets. These products meet the ENERGY STAR® guidelines set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and are covered by the Xerox Total Satisfaction Guarantee.
