Does Your Hand Hurt? Do You Use A "Mini" Keyboard

I've recently felt an aching in the wrist of my hand, and now know that it is because I have been using my notebook computer, a beautiful Gateway notebook more and more instead of a full size keyboard. The soreness comes because of the constant movement of my hand to the cursor via the touch pad. What about you? Are you using your crackBlackBerry all day or the tiny keyboard on your Treo. If you are don't be surprised if your hand starts to hurt.

The Washington Post writes Business executives and tech-savvy consumers are increasingly using BlackBerries, Treos, Sidekicks and other devices with miniature keyboards designed for thumb-tapping to stay connected while on the go.

And that has some ergonomic and hand experts worried about injuries from overexertion.
