Surveys: Get Insight from Your Customers
Over the past several days, I've been using SurveyMonkey to create a survey. Overall it's easy to use and simple. I like that you can send the survey out using custom mailings for each recipient.
Your survey does not have to say Dear To Whom It May Concern. Instead it can say
Dear Mr. John. This personalization will increase your response rate.
Another company, whose demo I've looked at is ZipSurvey. It's equally simple and feature rich.
Surveys can be used in many areas to help you gain more insight into a particular audience - customers, employees, partners and others.
