Solutions For Outdated Technology
Joe Connolly writes Here's an issue at some businesses: outdated technology.
There can be cost considerations, but generational clashes can also be behind disagreements over new technology if the owner thinks, "We've always done it this way and it's been good enough."
So the head of the UMass family business center says the best way to convince a business owner to update technology is to use financial reasoning and compare the cost of new technology against the cost of doing nothing. Read his full article here.
