Laplink Everywhere Hits Retail Stores

Laplink released to retail stores, the retail version of its remote access solution, Laplink Everywhere.
There are many remote access programs on the market that give you screen shots of the remote computer. However, Laplink's enabling fast access to email, calendar and other things is a welcome addition.
Laplink writes that Unlike GoToMyPC and other "ordinary" browser-based remote control applications, Laplink Everywhere 4 offers both remote control and a web interface that provides streamlined access to files, email, calendar, contacts, notes, tasks, and Internet favorites. Plus, the integration with Google Desktop Search provides users with the fastest possible method to locate remote files and emails from any web-enabled device without launching a remote control session.
