Saunders.com Perfect E-Commerce
I think some of the best e-commerce examples are by smaller businesses who get e-commerce RIGHT.
Today I ordered a Rhino metal case for my new Dell Axim 50. Hours later I got an email telling me that my order has shipped. What impressed me was a) the speed at which my order was fulfilled and b) that I got an email telling me about the order.
Sure many companies are increasingly doing this - but MANY are not. Those that do e-commerce right will endear customers to them.
Other companies other than Dell and Amazon.com that are doing e-commerce right?
ProFlowers.com - I am emailed with each major leg of the journal my flowers take to my wife.
