Ask Dave Taylor - Best "Live" Tech Support
I know most of your day needs to be spent running your business, and you have techs (consultants or in house) who can do tech work for you. However, you should NOT be clueless about technology.
I've been reading the blog of Dave Taylor and suggest that if you want to know what tech questions others have, that most likely you have had or will have, check out Dave's web site and get his blog feed. I use Bloglines for managing my blog feeds.
He gets tech questions and gives substantive answers.
