Cell Phones On Air Planes? Would It Bother You?

Cell phones are used all over the place. Some rude people even use them in theatres. The FAA is considering relaxing the current rule banning them on airplanes. However is this fair to those who want quietness on an airplane?
The NY Times writes AS is the case with many really bad ideas, there is a certain aura of inevitability to the prospect that airplane passengers will soon be able to yak on their cellphones, driving everybody within hearing distance crazy.
