C3 Expo: Server-Less Online Collaboration
New Jersey based TeleWriter Corporation offers a peer to peer collaboration solution, installed right on your computer, that can connect up to 32 computers together with no need for a server.
Unlike hosted, server based solutions you don't have to rely on a central server for online collaboration with TeleWriter. At $250 per seat/computer, there's only one fee to pay for the life of the product.
Bill Davis, Director, Federal Sales for TeleWriter explained that the if you need to connect to people and DO NOT know who they will be ahead of time, then a hosted solution is best as these solutions enable you to connect multiple participants on demand no software needed.
