TechTarget Launches A New Magazine: CIO Decisions

I received the first issue of TechTarget's CIO Decisions magazine today.
According to the web site CIO Decisions' mission is to serve the information needs of CIOs and senior IT executives in midmarket enterprises - those with annual revenues of $50 million to $2 billion -- as they strive to align their IT and business strategies. Our articles, case studies, research and opinion columns focus on managing technology for business advantage. We also provide regular coverage of vertical industries and vendor management issues.
I applaud the TechTarget team for launching CIO Decisions but caution them to really find their niche. There's tech media for small companies (ahem - Smallbiztechnology.com, CNet, Inc covers tech, Small Business Computing, Entrepreneur Magazine covers tech, and there's others). There's other media for larger companies - eWeek, InfoWorld, Information Week, and others. Then there's the PC World and PC Computing's of the world which are for all.
Much of the media listed above crosses the mid-market industry sector and I wish CIO Decisions all the best in finding its own niche.
