Google's Gmail - It's The Best
I've used Microsoft Oulook, Microsoft Oulook Express, Netscape Mail, Mozilla's Thunderbird, Qualcomm's Eudora and other email programs.
By far, Google's email service, Gmail, has the best interface and ease of use.
It powers, in fact, email to smallbiztechnology.com. Instead of the 10MBs I had at Earthlink I now have 2GB (and growing - thanks Google) using Gmail.
