SMB's need your solutions
Mark,
Congratulations on your appointment as HP's new CEO. There's so much news on your appointment, I won't bother to editorialize here.
Related to SMB's HP does not have major problems. You've got a strong reseller channel, your printers are leading in the market and your desktop and notebook computers can stand on their own against Dell, IBM or Gateway.
All I can encourage you to do is
a) do whatever you can do to make your reseller channel even better
b) find ways to beat or at least meet Dell on price
c) create even MORE solutions using HP's soup to nuts technology offerings
