Business Web Sites: The Star-Ledger Gets It.
I was reading this Sunday's Star-Ledger, the business section and was pleasantly surprised to read Steve Adubato's article entitled, "Business Web Site: A Tool Not a Goal" - it's as if he was at one of my Service Core of Retired Executive (SCORE) speeches, where I talk about using technology as a tool to grow your business.
His article gives the following tips, which I've summarized:

- Keep your site updated
- Think "user-friendly"
- don't' underestimate the value of third party testimonials

- Get feedback from your web site's audience
- Make sure your web site is part of a larger marketing strategy
