Giving Developers a Helping Hand: Intuit's Developer's Network

I received the latest edition of Intuit's Developer Network Newsletter and suggest that every programmer get a copy. Even if you are not an Intuit developer (as I am not) it's a useful ezine to read.
Amongst the usual things specific to IDN it had an article about working with the press. See below. Developers who succeed understand that they are not just in a dark room with a bottle of Coke coding all day - but in a BUSINESS. As such, they've got to take care of finances, marketing, customer service and other issues.
