Dell: If you need support DELL DELIVERS (but slowly)

Over the past several weeks I've had occasion to interact with Dell's technical support. Although the support is outsourced to Asia I have been pleased that the on hold time was not more than a few minutes. The only annoying thing, is that before sending you a new part (as happened on these two occasions) Dell, understandably ensures that they can not repair your computer over the phone. In any case, in these two cases Dell promised parts delivery and the parts came within a few days.
