Web Conferencing - it should be a tool in your business
Several weeks after the New York Twin Towers attack, passengers had well founded fears about flying and many businesses increasingly turned to arranging business remotely. Courier service, telephone, fax, instant messaging, email and web conferencing all were alternatives to flying.
Although people are flying again, web conferencing is an ideal tool to use when people in remote locations need to view and interact with the same material at the same time.
