PalmOne's outstanding technical support
PalmOne only provides free support for their PDA's for 90 days after the date of purchase. However they do provide free email support. It's good, thorough and fast.
I had a very troubling issue with the Palm Desktop (the contacts in the editing window did not come up properly). In any case I emailed Palm on Friday and received an answer Sunday night.
