Pitfalls of Deploying VoIP
In the third part in a series News Factor writes on the issue of SMBs and VOIP. Many of the vendors are now developing systems that can drive down to smaller businesses, notes Gartner's Jay Lassman. "The fact that these companies are working on VoIP products and migration strategies for SMBs suggests that their research tells them there is a market there."
