Maximizer Awarded 2004 CRM Excellence Award from Customer Inter@ction Solutions
Maximizer Software Inc., a leading provider of proven and affordable customer relationship management (CRM) and contact management solutions, was awarded the 2004 CRM Excellence Award by Customer Inter@ction Solutions, a premier CRM, call center and teleservices magazine published by Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC). This is the second consecutive year Maximizer Software has won the CRM Excellence Award and the third time in the five-year history of the awards.
