Tech support - winners of the day: Lexmark, HP, Dell
Well within the last 24 hous I've had problems or questions wth Lexmark, Dell or HP.
Dell - On Monday I called Dell about a monitor gone bad. Guess what, Tuesday I had a new one. That's FAST service. Before you call to get a replacement computer part make sure you have done all you can do determine that it needs replcaing so that the tech support representative won't make you go through hoops.
HP - For some reason, every so often, I have to stop and restart Windows 2000 printer services. Well HP has a chat session tool that enables me to chat with a LIVE person and get answers
Lexmark - Over the next few days I'll be trying out Lexmark's C510 color laser printer. I emailed Lexmark a question and got a response back in a few hours.
