Report: Spam Causing Web Users To Abandon E-Mail
Information Week is reporting that A study by the Pew Internet & American Life Project says 29% of E-mail users have cut down on its use because of spam..
I think this depends on who the user is. I know my wife has indeed stopped email as she is frustrated with spam. However, for those of us using email in a business - we have no choice. (read the full article)
