What is not going to India
Here in the US there's a continual, and understandable cry, about jobs going to India and other places. It used to be just manufacturing, but now its everything from accounting to call centers to tech support.
Newsfactor reports that although the tech job market has skyrocketed, bottomed out, and everything in between in a matter of only several years. But the one thing that companies have continued to seek is people to fuel innovation -- the ones who bring the "high" to high-tech.
