Static cost me $179 and lost time
Well, well, well. I've finally been able to put two and two together. Well guess what, I replaced my faithful Handspring Visor Prism, to get more memory with a Palm M515. Guess what, it stopped synchronizing.
Well I did all I could to get the thing to work and finally bought another Palm M515 on eBay for $179. Guess what, after a few weeks that has no stopped working.
I did some sleuthing on Google and now realize that most likely static electricity, which is present quite often, just might be the culprit. I wish Palm's support would have told me this when I emailed them with the first problem and I hope they have a solution for this problem the second time around.
