Palm is the MAN
Well guys and gals I got the SD card from Palm today. I called Palm yesterday to ask why I did not received my ESD SD card, the rep said I'd get it this week, well I got it today. I'm VERY impressed. For those who have no clue, what I'm talking about I've re-posted my post:
Palm users are suffering
Today I called Palm to follow up on an order. When I would touch my Palm, when it was in the cradle, I would accidentally shock the device. After doing some Google searching and thinking, I realized that my shock was messing up my PDA. I called Palm to get a FREE SD card to fix the problem and was told I' get the card in about a week.
In any case, the tech rep (in India) told me that a lot of people were calling about this problem - ESD / Electro Static Discharge and the SD cards were backordered!!!!
The ESD problem is preventing me from synching AND recharging my PDA.
