News Factor: ERP Vendors Suffer Disconnect with Customers
Enterprises spend in the millions of dollars to install their ERP systems, and then lay out a big chunk every year for license renewals and maintenance. In that price range, one would expect them to come out of the experience largely satisfied with their choices. But a Yankee Group survey has found just the opposite: Fewer than a third of enterprise decision makers would recommend their ERP vendor to another company. (full story)
