Cnn: Sources: Google developing ad service for e-mail
My spin: Google, what a breath of fresh air. I look forward to their email service. I don't need it, but it's huge competition with Yahoo, Hotmail and MSN.
California (Reuters) -- Google Inc., which dominates the market for Web search, is developing a service that could dramatically extend the reach of its lucrative keyword-based advertising by linking such ads to e-mail, people familiar with the matter said on Friday. (full story)
