News Factor: SAP Upgrades CRM App for Small and Mid-Size Firms
SAP (NYSE: SAP) has unveiled its latest iteration of its SAP Business One application -- its small and mid-size business application for CRM and other business processes. The new product offers a far tighter integration between the CRM front-end and back-office functionality, Gadi Shamia, vice president of SAP Business One told CRMDaily.com. It also includes a software-development kit that will allow users to connect to third-party systems or better integrate company-specific software into the Business One backbone. (full story)
