The Globe and Mail: Corel's Burney now chairman
OTTAWA, Nov. 24 รณ Corel Corp. has named Derek Burney as the company's chairman. Mr. Burney will help shape the company's product strategy and work with Corel's customers, partners and management team to identify new business opportunities. Mr. Burney is expected to spend the majority of his time traveling and identifying new opportunities for the CorelDRAW and WordPerfect businesses. (full story)
