Every time I see my doctor, he always asks the same question: Have you taken a vacation lately? For a couple of years, I've always given him the same lame answer: I will someday soon. Like right after Longhorn ships or Hilary is elected President, whichever comes first.
My doctor then dutifully reminds me that I could be dead sooner than that and the topic shifts to my malfunctioning endocrine system, the real reason for my visit.
