CDW Completes Purchase of Micro Warehouse Canadian Operations
CDW Corporation today announced the company has completed the purchase of the operations of Micro Warehouse Canada Ltd., a Toronto-based reseller of computers, software and peripheral products. CDW, a leading supplier of technology products and services to business, government and education, closed the purchase September 23. Located in Toronto, the operation generated trailing twelve-month sales of approximately US$40 million and has approximately 100 coworkers.
