My spin: Remote access - what a treat. You can use Gotomypc.com, Laplink, or Remote Explorer. You can also put together your own remote solution using a VPN (Microsoft has one built into Windows 2000 server or you can buy your own).
News Clip: Remote management of voice and data equipment can solve a lot of problems for small businesses with limited IT staffing. By enabling communications equipment to be managed remotely, smaller businesses can rely on outsourced help or a few centrally located IT staff members to keep voice and data systems up and running.
