PeopleSoft Adds AIM To Its Apps
My spin: Enabling "presence" in applications is much more powerful and robust than only relying on one's IM client. I covered IM in an article I wrote yesterday.
Information Week News Clip: Instant messaging got another enterprise kick Tuesday, thanks to a deal between enterprise applications vendor PeopleSoft Inc. and America Online. PeopleSoft has integrated AOL's Enterprise AIM Services with its suite of enterprise apps. (full story)
