'IT is just too complex' says CA chief
My spin: The technology sector is one where the giants of IT are consolidating and going through tough times but the smaller IT shops are doing very well. I just came from a Manhattan Chamber of Commerce Meeting and one of my fellow tech-sub committee board member's business is doing well.
