Verizon Announces Unlimited Usage, Fixed Fee Packages for Small Businesses In New York and Massachusetts
My spin: Businesses pay metered telephone fees as opposed to home users who have plans that are NOT metered for local calls. But this is a steal and a deal!
News Clip: NEW YORK, May 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Starting today, Verizon frees small businesses in New York and Massachusetts from per minute usage charges and spiraling telecommunications bills by introducing Verizon Freedom(SM) for Business, a calling package that offers unlimited usage for a fixed monthly fee. This package includes unlimited, direct-dialed local, regional and domestic long-distance calls. As with other Verizon packages, the new plan qualifies customers for significant discounts on toll-free, DSL and Verizon Wireless services -- all on one convenient bill.
