Reuters: Overture Chief Goes on Offensive

News Clip: PASADENA, Calif. (Reuters) - Overture Services Inc. OVER.O is going on the offensive in the fast-moving Web search industry, even as it sees lower 2003 profits from the costs of two recent acquisitions, the company's chief executive said on Friday.
The online services company picked up a pair of Web search providers earlier this year that analysts dubbed defensive plays against its top rival Google. (full story)
